Groveland Township is a civil township located in northern Oakland County in the state of Michigan, United States. As of the 2010 census, the population of Groveland Township was 5,476.

There are several lakes within Groveland Township, including Bevins Lake, Big Fish Lake, Brendel Lake, Cedar Island Lake, Duck Lake, Green Lake, Indian Lake, Little Fish Lake, Little Long Lake, Long Lake, and Tull Lake. Many of these lakes are popular for fishing, boating, and other recreational activities.

Groveland Township is also home to several parks and natural areas, including Groveland Oaks County Park, Indian Springs Metropark, and Seven Lakes State Park.

The township is located about 40 miles northwest of Detroit and is part of the metropolitan Detroit area. It is served by the Holly Area School District.
